Terrace Towers Lodge Pet Policy

Terrace Towers Lodge is one of the few lodges in Red River that still allows pets. Please help us keep our “Pet friendly” status by following our rules so that all of our guests (pet owners and non-pet owners) have an enjoyable stay.

  • All Pets must be registered in the office upon arrival.
  • No more than 2 pets will be allowed in a unit.
  • We do require a pet fee.
  • Do not leave your pets unattended in the room for long periods of time.
(pets that persistently whine, bark or scratch the doors cannot be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without a refund)
  • Pets are not allowed on the beds or other furniture. (If they’re allowed to do this at home, and this could be a problem, we ask that you bring a covering for the beds and furniture. If you do not have a covering, one can be provided by our staff.)
  • If there is excessive pet hair or any pet stains found upon your departure there will be an extra cleaning fee charged to your credit card.
  • Due to damage on our bed coverings in the past, we ask that you keep the bedroom doors closed when you are not in your suit.
  • Dogs must not be walked on the property to relieve themselves. Pets are NOT allowed in the playground or grassy areas. You may walk your pet on the forest service area to the west of the property (see map). If your pet should have an accident in the parking lot, please pick up after them.
  • City ordinances require that all dogs must be on a leash at all times when out in public.
  • The Lodge will not be responsible for injury or damage or other persons or property because of your pet. Approachability by staff, other guests and other pets is a must.
  • Any damage caused by your pet will be charged to your account.
  • The Lodge will not be responsible for pets that escape.
  • Please bring your food and water bowls for pet. Please do not use our dishes.

Whether or not we can continue to accept pets will depend upon pet owners themselves.
Please be considerate so that other pet owners will be able to bring their pets to Terrace Towers Lodge.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
